Pendant in 18ct yellow gold, stamped 750 with an round oval coral, which is untested in the middle of the pendant. Around the coral there's an intricate gold detail with pear-shaped sapphires and two round brilliant-cut in the design. The pendant is antique and on an new 9ct yellow gold 18" single wheat link chain with a spring ring clasp.
