UK DESTINATIONS ONLY
We use Royal Mail Delivery Services. All deliveries are partially or fully tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Items cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. We will email you a link to track your delivery.
Standard Delivery Sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (2-6 working days)
Orders received and paid for in full on royal mail signed for we aim to despatch between 2-6 working days. It is £7.50 delivery cost on orders under £500 and delivery over £500 it is FREE delivery, but only applied to the Royal Mail signed for. A partially tracked and signed for service.
Sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery™ (1-2 working days)
Orders received and paid for in full before 1pm (except weekends and Mondays) will be dispatched on the same day and should be received by 1pm the following day.
Orders received on weekends and Mondays will be dispatched on Tuesday at the latest.
Orders received on a Friday and dispatched on the same day, may not arrive until Monday as Royal Mail Standard Special Delivery does not guarantee delivery on a Saturday. A fully tracked and signed service, covered with our insurance.
Bronzes shipping prices are done by weight. Any bronzes over £500 are not included in the FREE delivery. We only offer Royal Mail Special Delivery™ (1-2 working days) for bronzes.
IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER YOU CAN RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS. PLEASE SEE RETURNS FOR MORE DETAILS.

Click & Collect (FREE)
If you wish to click & collect your item you can do so by adding a product to your basket and proceeding to the checkout and then selecting ‘pick up’. Once your order has been received we will start to get it ready for you. If it needs resizing contact us what size you thinking of resizing it to and we will give you an estimated collection date and any extra cost for resizing.
All collections can be made during our shop opening hours.
