Saw the positive posts for Jordon’s and we were not disappointed. We wanted a locket for our granddaughter’s 18th birthday and we received excellent advice and options. A gold locket with floating heart was finally selected and we now have one very happy and delighted granddaughter; she loves it, result!

Excellent selection and competitive pricing. I had been looking for a solitaire diamond ring for some time and found the perfect one. Pre owned and fully authenticated with the paperwork to prove its clarity, size etc, which took away any worries with the market containing so many lab grown diamonds. The customer service is also outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous service from Jordans. My diamond engagement ring was worn and too thin to wear, we had bought a second hand replacement but then I lost the middle stone from it, so ended up wearing neither. Sandy expertly suggested that we put the two sets of diamonds together into a new 5 stone ring instead of the original 3 stone so I could wear both in one new piece and she was spot on. It is beyond what I expected and just in time for our 20th wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their old jewellery to be 'reimagined' or brought back to life.

I have just collected THE most beautiful ring from Jordans Jewellers. I came to them with a design idea, and asked if they would be able to replicate it. I had the heartbreak of losing my eternity and engagement rings at the same time, potentially into landfill! Sandy was so kind and careful in her making sure that when having new ones made that we got an exact likeness as they were incredibly sentimental items. The eternity ring especially had been made with the birth stones of my children in it. The diamonds that she has sourced for my engagement ring are exquisite and she is right to warn me not to drive home wearing it as I would not have taken my eyes off the sparkle. We had other quotes to have these made, not only were Jordon’s the most competitive, but also the customer service when I was in there was what filled me with confidence that they would get it right, and they so did. An incredibly grateful customer who is already designing a new ring for my next big birthday and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Quick update - the ring for my birthday was also a delight to design with Sandy, we both had fun selecting the correct stones, I am so delighted with the results and what a fantastic way to celebrate the big 50! Absolutely amazing service from Sandy and her lovely team at Jordan’s jewellers. I had two of my Grandma’s rings clean and resized and I am over the moon with them. They’re about 70 years old but look brand new and fit perfectly. Extremely knowledgeable and caring, I highly recommend and will be sure to use you again in the future.
