Brooch is an antique piece with a cameo of St Anthony of Padua and infant Jesus Christ framed in 9ct gold. The cameo is made out of shell and doesn't appear to have an cravers marking. The gold looks like old gold, which is more of a rose gold colour or tone. The brooch also has a safety chain attached to give you some added security.
